Black Panther, a worthy superhero who is a hit

2018, Marvel studios are a hit with the release of Black Panther! Black Panther, in free translation, is a secondary character in the previous productions of the American studio. This last opus will then propel the hero to the front of the stage. A thrilling story that chronicles the rise of young King T’Challa, aka Black Panther, to the throne of the technologically advanced kingdom of Wakanda. In the era of new technologies and growing social concerns, this film hardly leaves anyone indifferent.

As a reminder, here is what Black Panther 1 looks like:

Beautifully articulated around the acting of actor Chadwick Boseman, this masterpiece is a true ode to cultures, African and Afro-American. A superhero in the African genre, evolving in a hyper technological environment. The film is nominated in 7 categories at the Oscars ceremony, including the trophy for best film. A first for a production that highlights a superhero since it ultimately won three awards. Respect !

Black Panther broke world box office revenue records: more than 1.3 billion dollars! Just that ! Shortly after its release, Marvel President Kevin Feige announced the preparation of two sequels to the film. After completing the writing of the script for this second part, screenwriters Ryan Coogler and Joe Robert Cole are planning a release around May 6, 2022. The release dates are finally scheduled for November 9, 2022 in France, and November 11 in United States.

A Black Panther without Chadwick Boseman

The tragic death in August 2020 of the main actor forces the production to postpone the official release date. A news that upsets the fans, and which requires the writers to rewrite the film in its entirety. In tribute to Chadwick Boseman, no one will take over the role of the late actor. The second opus is then devoted to the other characters of the first, including Shuri, the sister of King T’Challa. Performed by the talented Letitia Wright.

Despite the absence of the late actor, fans will find with pleasure the figures of the previous cast. Like the luminous Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira in the shoes of the fiery Okoye, Martin Freeman, Winston Duke and Angela Bassett. The charismatic Michael B.

Jordan, on the other hand, will not put on the Killmonger costume. A role that, however, suited him perfectly according to the fans. Action, adventure and a lot of intensity are expected for this thirtieth achievement from Marvel Studios. The heroes will have to fight new forces including the young people of the Atlanteans as well as the diabolical Doctor Doom. The fate and destiny of the kingdom of Wakanda hangs in the balance! Book your dates to finally launch the famous chorus: Wakanda forever!
